Role Description

As a Customer Support intern you will resolve IT issues for one of our international customers. They will contact you via email, phone, chat or a self-service portal and your task will be to support them in your native language and/or English, either by resolving the issue on the spot or by coordinating with other technician teams (Level 2) to find the resolution.Besides troubleshooting, your responsibilities will include administration and translation of these incoming requests, providing information to both customers and IT teams and follow up on unresolved cases to make sure that the team’s targets are met. However – being the single point of contact for the customer – your most important responsibility will be to achieve their satisfaction.

Note: Not all the opportunities require IT background.

Main activities

  • Provide essential support to the employees of our Customer in your native language and/or English, including software and hardware related issues.
  • Assist users over the telephone, through e-mail/voice mail, and over web interface.
  • Diagnose and solve software and hardware problems by giving step-by-step instructions.
  • Provide advanced support to Customer’s PC using remote control tool.
  • Escalate unsolved calls to the appropriate IT team, Network/Server Support team, Application Support team or PC Support team.
  • Log all calls in the Helpdesk tracking database.
  • Instruct users on usage of application systems.
  • Reporting to the lead in charge according to the Key Performance Indicators.
  • Documenting the procedures and tickets solved.
  • Additional tasks related to team work and office environment

 

 

Salary

India: 50000 INR + Food Card
Hungary: 190000 HUF

Business Administration, Computer engineering, Computer sciences

Skills

- Customer service skills (i.e. excellent written & verbal communication skills, positive attitude & a service leadership philosophy)

- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation

- Strong problem solving skills, innovative, & resourceful

- Must be able to multi-task & work well in teams
